Roger has led and grown market-leading LBM businesses throughout the U.S. for over 25 years. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of a sixth-generation family-owned pro dealer, Swift Supply, where he led substantial growth across ten locations in Alabama and Florida, including green fielding millwork, component, and showroom facilities. Roger’s earlier career spanned pro dealers 84 Lumber, Hope Lumber, and American Building Supply.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.

Nick is an experienced financial executive with over 20 years of experience – including 11-years as a Corporate Controller in a manufacturing environment, and seven years in public accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant with extensive knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal controls. Nick has a hands-on and open management style, and is a trusted advisor to senior executives on accounting and general business matters.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kennesaw State University. He also has a CGMA certification and a CPA license.

With over 20 years of experience as a Human Resource Executive, Cierra’s knowledge spans a broad spectrum of people-focused business practices, including Employee Engagement, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, DEI, and Change Management. She has over 17 years of experience in the retail space, with additional experience in Finance, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Consulting. In addition to having a SHRM-SCP Qualification, Cierra is a member of the SHRM Executive Network. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Six-Sigma Black Belt.

Cierra holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management.
